I’ve unfortunately had to use the services at Diamond View Auto Glass twice now in the last few months, but Justin has made it a wonderful experience BOTH times. First was windshield replacement and tint and second was a rock chip repair. Both times he scheduled me to bring my car in within a couple of days from the initial conversation. Both times he was friendly, professional, and the turn around time was excellent. Justin runs this business by himself and you can see how hard he works. I really hope I don’t have to come back anytime soon, but if I have another auto glass issue, I will for sure be bring my car back to him.

I contacted him through Yelp and he was responsive to my questions about my husband’s cracked windshield on his Subaru Crosstrek. The windshield is a special glass and has sensors. I think the warning system is called Eyesight. We learned that the glass cracks easily and the system has to be recalibrated after the windshield is replaced. It’s not a simple replacement like most cars. My husband went to Subaru first and it was going to be very expensive. This wasn’t surprising since it was the dealer. The quote I got from this guy was much less and he followed through with that price for the full repair. My husband was happy with everything. So we recommend this guy, especially if you have a car with this safety system connected to the windshield.

Justin from Diamond View is a total professional!

After having an appointment with Safelite (waited three weeks for an appointment) they removed my windshield and then informed me they could not replace it due to minor rust. They left me without a windshield!
I contacted Justin at Diamond View and he was able to come out the following day! He was very friendly and attentive and did a great job. From now on I will only use Diamond View and never try Safelite again.

My custom van window broke and after a long search finally found a close fit to the window which is discontinued. Called Diamond on Halloween morning and spoke with Justin (great communication over phone). He was able to meet me at his shop two hours later even though he was planning the day off to help a new customer out. I arrived at the shop with the rear quarter panel window in a frame that was not the perfect fit. It was a long shot but with some patience, a bit of brute force and little bit of cussing Justin was willing to work with this frustrated but hopeful customer to make something that didn’t work fit!
